If you are looking for the official history, then ask you local politician. The point is not to illuminate areas of evil in bureaucracy or government. This isn’t a witch hunt fueled by hate or disillusion. The goal is to show that there are two sides to every coin, just sometimes the person holding the coin only wants to show you one side.
